1. STAY
HYDRATED
Hydration
is important throughout the year, but especially during the summer months when
the temperature is high and you are sweating more than usual. If you are in hot
and humid weather, you will probably be prepared with a water bottle, but it is
equally important when you are sitting in an air conditioned office building.
By
the time you feel thirsty, you are probably already dehydrated, so drinking
fluids throughout the day is important. When the temperature rises, it is
important to have enough to drink whether you are playing sports, traveling or
just sitting in the sun.
Dehydration
can be a serious condition that can lead to problems ranging from swollen feet
or headaches to life-threatening illnesses such as heat stroke.
2. EXERCISE
Summer
is the hardest time to go to the gym, but it shows results quickly. To maintain
a healthy body, good exercise in summer can work wonders on your confidence and
mental health.
Summer
is the perfect time to go out and have fun. This is one of my favorite times of
the year as there are so many outdoor activities to choose from. Everything
outside is more fun, whether you are swimming, running or cycling. But summer
heat can be a problem if you are not careful, especially in areas with extreme
heat and humidity.
The
biggest problems were to stay hydrated and maintain my body's electrolytes and
salts. When you sweat, your body loses not only water, but also electrolytes
and salt. This delicate balance of water and electrolytes is important for your
body to function properly.
When
you work outside, be flexible: be obsessed with checking the weather, and know
that temps are going to be the lowest that day. Sometimes it is early in the
morning, and sometimes late in the evening, so you will have to re-organize
your schedule to fit in exercise during the best time of the day.
3. WEAR LOOSE AND LIGHT CLOTHING
It
can be challenging to think about what to wear in summer. You are more exposed
to yourself and your body than any other season and you have low level tricks
at your disposal to either cover some parts or create a nice silhouette.
Avoid
skin-tight clothing and clothing that moves your body around on a hot day. As a
general rule, the cold is cool in hot weather. This will help create a layer of
air between your skin and your clothes. Look for clothes that are A-line cut,
loose on your arms, chest and waist.
Look
for a striped or plaid pattern in a short-sleeved linen shirt to keep cool in
summer. Wear them with a pair of cargo or denim shorts to wear for any casual
summer event. Dress these shirts with a pair of thin twill dress pants and wear
them on a date or at a business event.
You
can see dresses, tops and skirts made of cotton or linen. Or you can opt for a
jersey dress in a simple cut that you can wear on a hot day. Shorts made of
cotton or linen is also good options for staying cool on a hot day. T-shirts
and collared shirts made of linen or jersey are also ideal.
Because
no man should have trouble for his look when he is in this hot out form. It's
hard not to fall in love with a standard pair of jeans. It is difficult to wear
a standard pair of jeans in summer heat.
4. EAT HEALTHY AND CLEAN FOOD
Summer
vacation is the highlight of the year for many people. It is a time to relax,
spend time with family and friends, and enjoy the summer season. And while our
routines may change, unfortunately, our eating habits can change with it - with
healthy eating usually after being away at vacation time.
Without
further planning, these dietary changes can cause many of us to come back from
vacation feeling exhausted, lethargic, and worn out - the opposite of how we
feel!
Eating
well and making healthy choices at holiday time is important, but staying
healthy on vacation does not mean that you cannot enjoy yourself.
Here
we have listed some cold foods which you should definitely include in your diet
to fight the hot climate effects.
Watermelon,
Cucumber, Curd, Coconut water, Mint, Green, leafy, vegetables, Onions, Melons, Lime
water, Celery etc.
5. SLEEP WELL
Hot,
humid air sleeps it harder to sleep. While colder temperatures make sleep more
comfortable, the hot and humid ambient air of summer can do the opposite. Also,
do not eat too close to the bed, as digestion increases the body temperature
slightly. Using lightweight, natural fiber bedding and pajamas can also help
with air circulation.
By
far the healthiest option for most people, sleeping on your back allows your
head, neck and spine to rest in a neutral position. This means that there is no
additional pressure on those areas, so you are less likely to experience pain.
Also sleeps ideally on the front of the roof to remove acid reflux.
On
average, adults should better get between seven and nine hours of sleep each
night, but those needs vary from person to person. For example, some people
feel best with eight consecutive hours of sleep, while some people get six to
seven hours of good sleep at night and daytime.

6. STAY FRESH AND SMELL GOOD
It
is quite difficult to keep fresh the smell coming out of the bath in hot sweaty
summers. Along with keeping clean, you can also: wear deodorant or
antiperspirant, and keep a travel-size version on hand for those stress-sweaty
days. Avoid wearing polyester, which research has shown to irritate sweat and
bacteria, causing an unpleasant odor.
The
best way to smell well is to know your body. Understanding how you react to
different scents and wash routines is a sure way to ensure crispness 24/7.
Perfume is another classic remedy. For centuries, rich and poor people have
used a variety of fragrances and aromatic oils. With so many options in the
market today, it is necessary to know what will and will not work with your
natural body oils.
However,
there are other ways to ensure that you smell great, whether you have a perfume
or not. Here are some tips to smell well throughout the day.
